Here's what to do:

1.  Login to your new back end here.
2.  Go to your settings.
3.  Change that No to a Yes.
4.  Email [email protected], let us know what happened and we'll get your product to you!

#2: You checked 'yes' to marketing emails, but there is still no email.

Here's what to do:

1.  Check your junk & promotional folders.
2. If it's still not there, email us at [email protected] and let us know what happened. We will get you your product details!
